Nadine began in the field of Geriatric Care Management after working in senior living for over 27 years.  As a Geriatric Care Manager, she is committed to partnering with seniors and their families, laying the groundwork for the delivery of outstanding quality care and services, either in the client’s home or in senior living communities.  Nadine has worked alongside with clients and their families to help them live well throughout the aging process, and she founded Olive Tree Senior Advisors to continue to do so as a Geriatric Care Manager.

Nadine’s passion for seniors began when she got to know her great-grandmother better late in life.  In just a few brief visits, they developed a very close and meaningful relationship.  During this time, Nadine knew that her career path involved helping and advocating for seniors.  Nadine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Health Care Administration.  She started her career volunteering in nursing homes throughout college, which led to working as a Life Enrichment Specialist and Social Services Director in a nursing home.  After graduate school, she began a very fulfilling career as an Administrator and Executive Director of multi-level communities, including skilled nursing, independent and assisted living, and memory care.  Nadine has worked in some of the most well-respected senior living communities in Southern California, including the Los Angeles Jewish Home (now Los Angeles Jewish Health) and Front Porch Communities.

Nadine is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Care Manager.  She is an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association^®.
